Rentals Durations and Price

You can hire an E-Scooter for a quick and fun trip around the city for a few hours or if you would like to explore a little longer, enjoy the freedom of having an E-Scooter for a 10-hour period. This is perfect for day-long adventures, sightseeing, and more. Unfortunately, at this point in time, we do not offer a period longer than 10 hours due to the safe charging of the E-Scooters and logistical requirements.

We are committed to maintaining affordable rates to ensure that everyone can enjoy the convenience of our E-Scooters. The minimum duration is 2 hours and maximum duration is 10 hours.

• 5 Hours $100 FJD
• 8 Hours $130 FJD
• 10 Hours $150 FJD

Pre-Authorization Fee

A pre-authorisation fee of $200 FJD will be held and processed in-store upon hiring an E-Scooter from Waitui Scooters. This amount is temporarily reserved on your payment method and will be released upon the safe return of the scooter, subject to our terms and conditions. If you have any concerns relating to this information, please contact us and one of our staff members will be able to answer any questions.

Late Return Fees

• 30min - 1hour $50 FJD
• 1hour - 2 hours $100 FJD
• Anything after that $150 FJD

Why Choose Us?

Our Eco-Friendly E-Scooters are custom-built for Waitui Scooters. They have a dual 800w. electric motor with a very comfortable swingarm suspension. They are approximately 1200m in height and 1200m in length. Our E-Scooters are also fitted with an instant swappable battery, which can travel up to 50 kilometers per charge. Our scooters will reach a speed of up to 25 kph. For the E-Scooter to operate, they are fitted with a true peace of mind Near-Field Communication security card system and puncture-proof tires. All of our Scooters have charming LED lights on the Deck and Stem on the unit.

How to Book and Rent a Waitui Scooter

We offer an easy booking process with a one-stop-shop online booking system to reserve your E-Scooter directly from your accommodation or residential home on the Island of Fiji. We also do offer a walk-in service, where one of our lovely staff members will assist you in booking your E-Scooter in-store.

2. Book - Fill out your details and select the duration period you would like to explore Fiji
3. Collect - Pick-Up your E-Scooter from our store located in Wailoaloa
4. Ride - Ride Safe, enjoy and explore Fiji responsibly
5. Return - Drop off the E-Scooter at our Wailoaloa store at the end of your rental period

Keeping Our Rides Safe and Secure

We want everyone to enjoy a smooth and hassle-free ride. To keep our scooters in great condition for all riders, we kindly ask that you take care of them during your trip. If a scooter is damaged or lost while in your care, a fee may apply to cover repairs or replacement.

Safety and Support

On collecting your E-Scooter, one of our friendly staff members will provide and guide you through comprehensive safety instructions to ensure a secure and enjoyable ride.

It is a requirement that all riders wear a helmet at all times while operating the E-Scooter. A helmet will be correctly fitted to you before leaving the store on your adventure.

Please read the User Agreement as this provides you with your rights and safe operations before operating a E-Scooter. Some of the conditions that all riders must obey are:

1. The rider must wear a helmet at all times whilst operating the unit
2. The rider must not be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs
3. The rider must not operate a mobile device while operating an E-Scooter
4. The E-Scooter must be locked & secured correctly when stationary and the rider is not in the location of the unit
5. The riders must not race or use the E-Scooter for stunts and tricks

To prevent some of the above risks occurring, we will provide a bag that is fitted to the E-Scooter where the rider can store small items they may be carrying, such as a mobile phone and wallet. A lock will also be fitted to the E-Scooter to ensure the unit is secured and locked when they are stationary, and when the rider is not in the location of the E-Scooter.
